In this model, an onsite person(s) will be allocated who will work dedicatedly with the client, throughout the project. The onsite person will manage the project; also have strong technical skills for the project. Rainbow Solutions will assign the well qualified onsite person based on the client’s nature of business, processes and technology skills needed for the project.
In this model, you feel the project is executed within your office premise, virtual reality is accomplished.
Due to this dedicated onsite person, one channel communication is accomplished thus there is no miscommunication, and high productivity and fast turn around time is achieved.
B. Vendor model:
We offer access to multiple vendors and partners of ours to accomplish the customer goal. Client can work with highly qualified vendor(s) and partner(s) through Rainbow Solutions. Rainbow Solutions mediates both vendor and client throughout the project in order to execute the project successfully and diligently. Rainbow Solutions will enforce the high Service Level Agreements by reviewing the matrices periodically.
